Warranty Information

PPC Foiling Reserves the right to determine if a product is covered under warranty once all the documentation has been received.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and workmanship. 

The warranty does not cover the following:

Improper use or negligence

Normal wear and tear including cuts and scratches.

Sun exposure

Excessive temperatures

Over inflation

Commercial use

Unauthorized repairs have been performed

Damage caused by impacts

Improper storage

This warranty is not transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.

To process a warranty claim, please contact your vendor or if purchased direct from ppc foiling, please send proof of purchase to support@ppcfoiling.com 

Returns and exchanges will be processed between 3-7 working days of receiving the receipt.

PPC foiling will arrange the item to be collected and assessed.

If the item is checked and deemed to be covered under PPC Foiling’s warranty it is at the discretion of PPC foiling to repair, replace or refund the affected item.
